Don't forget that if you have Horde, Squirell and MailCube in your WebMail options they do not all require the same processes. Often it is easier to manage mail using Outlook or Outlook express.
I like this post but I'm an Outlook user and that's fairly easy to manage. Sometimes I need to clean out my folders of all the old stuff, though. That's for sure.
